Gradually as you face your loss, experience your feelings, and express your grief, you will beginto heal.  When you are in the midst of your grief, this may seem impossible, but trust that healing will begin.  Just continue on hour by hour, day by day, month by month or year by year, your focus will naturally start to shift toward life again.

At some point, however, you will need to make a conscious choice to reinvest your energy into life.  Perhaps as a way to honor your loved one and to live you life as they may have wanted you too….in happiness, joy and love.

By strengthening your spirit, reaching out to others, allowing your attitude to change, and choosing to reinvest in living you will come to the other side of grief gradually…you will transcend your grief and enter into a new appreciation of life… that this will happen.
