important life line.

Help can come in many different forms including:

  • Grief support groups
  • Programs through your funeral home, hospice or hospital
  • Bereavement organizations that support a specific group of mourners
  • Grief counselors or therapists
  • Online forums

Experiment in finding a support mechanism that works for you.
